Amsterdam Miracle of 1345:

The church also celebrates the “Miracle of 1345” with an annual silent procession. This tradition, held in March, honours a miracle that made Amsterdam a holy site. The walk starts at midnight at the Beguinage chapel and ends at Saint Nicholas Church, passing through historic parts of the city. Bovendien is het monument gelegen nabij prominente bezienswaardigheden zoals de Nieuwe Kerk, de Bijenkorf en het Koninklijk Paleis, waardoor het een integraal onderdeel is van het culturele erfgoed van Amsterdam. The park features large lawns, picturesque lakes, a tea room, and a lovely rose garden. It is also home to several sculptures. Including a statue of Vondel and works by artists like Picasso. In the summer, the park’s open-air theater hosts concerts and performances, adding to its vibrant atmosphere.

Hippies:
